It's not that strange. I maintain the
"Mapping the Cock Hero World" page, which lists three requirements for a video to be listed on it. This video had not met the requirements, which, in a nutshell are:
- Create a new post in this forum announcing the video
- Provide a way to download a 720p or better video file, and
- The video must include one or more indicators of when to stroke--at a minimum a stroke sound should be used
Regarding the first point, because there was no post announcing the video here, I wasn't aware of it, and it would be hard for a video to be included in the list if I'm not aware of it. However, the announcement post doesn't need to be created by the author, so this thread that you created can work for that.
Regarding the second point, the link you provided isn't directly a download link, but on that page, there is one, which is:

Regarding the last point, I have downloaded the video from mega.nz and previewed it, and it meets the requirement. (Also, the video file appears to be 1080p, which is very appreciated.)
