This is actually a listing of the DIRECTORIES, a.k.a. "folders and sub-folders," not a listing of the files themselves, but you can probably figure most of it out. To make it indent properly, I search-cut-pasted the "tab" or "indent" character and replaced it with "->>", so if you copy the whole list, put it into a plain-text word-processor (I used Windows Notepad with Word-Wrap turned off) then make the reverse replacement, you may be able to read it better.
