Nothing changes when I put a checkmark in the "Show Heat Map" box. I dont see anything different on the screen...whether I use Open Script or Open Video...the video starts playing and no commands are sent to the Launch.

Ok Windows update completed. Now I can connect to the Launch via the "Connect Launch Directly" option under Devices. The side bar commands do indeed control the device now. However, the video/scripts do not work. If I use the File -> Open Video or File -> Open Script command on the CockHer...
