I think the part where she decides if you need to lose some weight needs to be changed a little bit - I'm 1,76m and weight 81kg - she said that I needed to lose some weight (ideal should probably be heigh-100?) - but since I'm doing sport ~5 days a week and run faster than anyone my my soccer team ...

If you get locked up and restart immediately the chance to get unlocked is quite high.
