Exactly what I was thinking, having just a simple video with instructions and a beat meter would be awesome...it could even throw in different rounds without a beat meter but ...

You could do something like turn off the screen and just go with the beats, but I guess that is not the same as having a tailor-made vid. You could make up your own niche for each round, ie oral for one round etc, and go with that. Which would give the one making it up an unfair advantage, which ...
