For neutral I use -6 on stereostim and -1.6 on FOC.
For left/right usually 0, because my electrode setup is symmetric in left/right. If I don't use a symmetric setup it's usually -2 to 2.

For center I use -0.6, this value seems to work well on all hardware and electrode configurations.

I will try these settings as soon as I get the chance to but in the mean time, Diglet you say you configure R and L but in my restim program, I only have 3 settings for configuring:
* Neutral Power
* Right Power
* Central Power

Am I missing a setting somewhere else or do you mean by chaning your L ...

You can click on the diagram to change the power, you don't only need to use the up and down arrows.

But yes I think the idea is to even out the sensation. So you may find that redirecting the power from a high area to another area reduces it, so you might need to then increase the power overall ...
