The tease is awesome, definitely one of my favorites. The passworded save point and shortened first round made the length bit more sensible, although I kinda like the fact that it's so long.

Near the end with Karlie, it just repeats the part with "Wildcard, please try to last as long as you can. Ohh, I just love getting fucked doggystyle." There is a 10 second timer at that part too.
