I think one of the hardest things about including an animated gif in a tease is that it would look best if it looped perfectly (end of gif naturally leads to start of gif) in order to prevent jumpyness in the image if the page lasts longer than the gif. There is a program online called Custom Tease Instructor that is free to download that I use for something exactly like this. It has instruction cards, controls for amount of pictures, time per slide, and even different categories of instruction cards. You can choose a folder with images in it and ...
