I was thinking of keeping it to just CH vids this time, so everyone plays the same experience. I don't think I'd be looking to do more that 7 stages as a first try.

If you got enough participants, you could have a carousel of videos scrolling across the top of the screen where you could zoom in on one for any interesting periods of action from said participant.

It would be an interesting take on the challenge variants that show a name when someone loses

Could be a multi contributor type affair too. Pick your letter, make a themed round.

If there were enough rounds, you could then do word challenges, where you do a round from the alphabet bank for each letter in the word
