Re: EOS Feature Request/Bug: Regular Expression support

I fear you may have broke...literally everything, my latest tease is now unplayable and variable inputs don't seem to work at all  The 3 places I've tested in my tease the 'prompt' command doesn't proceed to anything once you type something in. It did before. The prompt bug is fixed now, so...

seraph0x wrote: Sun May 31, 2020 4:41 pm From the screenshot it looks like you're on Windows, so I'll go and try it on Windows and see if that makes a difference.
Ok, yeah, on Windows it crashes. Really not sure why it would though - I'm pretty sure I'm freeing up the cached images after I'm done with them. I'll investigate some more.

Re: Eos Editor Preview - Milovana's new interactive webtease editor

Looks like you can't input some text into variables. When you go to settings and try to input a custom volume in the settings as a number the tease will freeze. https://milovana.com/webteases/showtease.php?id=43497 Got it, yeah there was a bug with prompts which should now be fixed. Reload to get t...

Indeed, I rolled out a change ealier today. Can you let me know which tease is not working and how I can trigger the bug?

Re: EOS Feature Request/Bug: Regular Expression support

Ask and you shall receive - I've enabled REGEXP_MODE=1. Because each tease is running in its own tab, I'm not too concerned with teases locking up.

This update to Eos did include some other changes, too. Hopefully I didn't break anything - didn't have very much time to test.

Re: EOS Memory Leak

Thanks for the update, but when I test it with my 666 tease :-D I still have a crash in chrome after 10sec with around 3gb memory usage. Please test it in an incognito tab in the latest version of Chrome and refresh the page twice. (Eos client uses a service worker and refreshing the page should te...

Can you share one of the files that was misidentified? Also, are you using Eos or Nyx?

Re: EOS Memory Leak

Just pushed a fix for this. The issue was a bug in Eos Preloader which caused images that were referenced via wildcard to never be freed. While I was at it, I also did some memory profiling and found some other much more minor memory leaks, which I also fixed. Please note that when I open lo...

Re: EOS limits?

There aren't any hard limits. I'd be curious to hear if anyone has been running into performance issues while making large teases and what they were. If there are issues, that's definitely something that could be further optimized though.

Re: flash teases

Chrome is normally pretty consistent. If it's not working for you, here are some things you can try (easiest solutions for most likely culprits first): - Make sure you're on the latest version of Chrome. - Make sure JavaScript is enabled. - Try in incognito mode and if you have any Chrome extensions...
