I have to say that it is a turn on in that it takes the pain out of your hands, so to speak. once you have applied it, there is about a 15 - 30 second delay to when it starts to heat up, and then you have no choice but to endure the heat it causes. i find that it is more intense on my ball sack than...

in my experience, icy-hot lasts for about a half hour or so. really hot when applied to ball sack.
