Maybe you could change the logic (or better, have it as an option) to pick a random amount of green/red light cycles instead of a denial chance after each green light, just to make it a bit less random.

Honestly love this! I really enjoy that you added a bunch of options, If there's anything I could ask is if you could add an option to be in chastity while playing the game. Maybe like giving a chance to be unlocked or something of that sort, Regardless still awesome! :-D :-D
