Is there a more valid and simple alternative to use to synchronize video and audio files?

I have tried this movie with the estim file several times but although the video is wonderful, the estim file does not give me those explosive sensations compared to others.

I find it a bit monotonous and continuous, the ones I love the most are Mistress and remote control box and ...

First a big thanks to phx for this amazing video & storyline and lolol2 for the estim.
I have played this many times with great results.
However phx's choice of models was not always my optimum so I have re-edited and replaced some with models I prefer.
