As undeniable_denial mentioned, you should define what's difficulty in your tease. Some options:

having a fixed amount of time and having to perform a number of repeated tasks that increases with difficulty -> use a fixed timer and assign the number of strokes/whatever with a say action, using ...

You're being vague. No help possible. You've got to make up your mind what exactly constitutes difficulty in your tease. Is it duration? Speed? You have to define it, if possible put it in numbers. Once you know where you want to go, it's easier to choose a path.
