Even tho I still don't have a VR headset to enjoy videos like this one, I'd like to ask you about the structure of this video.

I played your first video, your previous release, and even tho it was pretty interesting during the beginning and the first half, I totally lost ...

Replying to myself here cause I just spent some time trying to get my video settings right and finally have it outputting correctly. Part of is was before I was using a version of premiere which I got around not knowing what to do by dragging in an existing VR clip and having it set the timeline ...

It appears that the video is encoded with an aspect ratio of 16:9? I think standard VR is more of a 2:1 AR. I haven't found any settings that don't leave things slightly stretched. Its not a big issue, just something that has always bugged me. I have to watch old shows in letterbox mode ...

Mmmh interesting, can you give me more details? What kind of headset do you use?

The vr headset is good for the immersive aspect. Even with videos that aren't made for vr, there's nothing around that can bother you, it's just you and your video, nothing else. A bit like a sensory isolation chamber.

For my part, I use the Pico 4, which has better resolution than the Quest 2 but ...

Right now, I'm still trying to optimize the file so that it's not too heavy. We may have to wait until tomorrow to get a sub-5 GB version of this quality. :-)
