Android tablet?

I'm not very tech savvy so sorry if this is a dumb question. I use a Samsung Galaxy tab S7 and do not have a laptop I can use for restim. Is there a Windows emulator I could use on my tablet to run restim software?

This looks great! Any chance of getting a version that could be played on android? Premade with only one ending would be plenty, I'd just like to be able to experience it (no access to a computer, only a tablet). Thank you.

Are there any audio programs similar to Audacity that could be used to create Estim audio? I know there is Wavepad but I'm not sure it has the same capabilities as audacity. I do not have ...
