I can run Miss Blue without any major issues. I suggest that you create a new TAI Awakening directory, and then install Alice Awakened. Then copy all your Audio, image and video files from TAI. I think I had a confusing file structure so I've now totally reinstalled TAI, and the out of memory issues have disappeared.
