So I solved this with the OSSM. Research and desire will sell you all the parts, both 3D printed and the mechanical parts from AliExpress as a package. You can program it with the XToys version of the firmware and then it can be controlled by a funscript.

I wasn't able to find a funscript for Sleek 4, so I made one based on the stim file included in the package. Here it is in case it is useful to anyone else.
