This is also called "Left/Right to Mid/Side" and there is an Audacity plugin that will do it in one operation. It is a standard conversion in audio mastering.

My Linux machine has the plugin, and my Mac does not. I am not sure if it was included in the Linux installation, because I don't remember ...

Search for "abundant" on Eroscripts, and you'll get a few funscripts that you can convert.
There was an e-stim by Robocop, but it is no longer on line. The pulses felt good, but it was out of sync with video.
