I have some feedback for you.
For me there are 2 big problems:
1. it´s very difficult to navigate, cause there is no map
2. there is too few changes in the stim signal, when not in a fight. It kind of gets dull

Maybe you can work with that.

i really liked the first ESTIm Tower!
Ideas for the next one:
- maybe on each floor a different special room like an office, a gym, a pool, a gyno clinic instead of a living roomm etc. on each floor
- Taylor Rayne would be nice as a girl too

It is a very long tease... is it possible to implement any save function or password for the gathered clues.
