Not necessarily. I use a VPN and still get redirected. Only way I have been able to get pass it is to clear my browsing history or use incognito browser mode. But even then if there is a cookie with the spankbanglive data, it will redirect, VPN or ...

You may also live in a state where ID verification is now mandatory for adult sites... spankbang will redirect you to the cam site if this is the case.
