I guess I found the problem, I increased the level too high. I backed it down to 20 and it seems to work again. You probably pushed the volume up over 100. It's a problem I can't seem to get around. i recently bought a 3rdH and I am very happy with it. Had a 2B before that, which was a huge disappoitntment as it does not work propoerly with the pain sections of most of the teases here. But the 3rdH recognizes all the pain signals without a problem. Great customer support too!

The calibration goes fine but as soon as the tease starts I hardly feel anything - anybody else with similar problems?
