I'm confused the club doesn't show up in the city. How can I get to it?

Hey first off I want to say great tease and couldn't find any bugs but just wanted to ask how many possible ending were added into the game? Because I found a few but I haven't been able to actually get out of the building and was thinking it would be cool if it was possible.
