Topaz is what I’ve been using to upscale stuff, it tends to crash a bunch and to upscale a 2 hour video would probably take 36 hours or more


Downloaded the trial version just to play around and see what it can do. My pc must be slow...2h video is estimated at a little over 2 weeks to upscale ...
