Re: Something completely different - music for betas

Yes, the music, singing, and art is all AI-generated. The lyrics, text and production are all human. The booklet explains the AI tools that she used if anyone is interested. I don't expect it to storm the charts, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good a job the AI can do. I especially enjoyed ...

Something completely different - music for betas

In case you missed it, a new album for betas was recently released

You can listen to the album here: https://www.youtube.com/@TheBetaBeats

There's a link there to a booklet that has some interesting background on the album's creation, the woman who produced it, and all of the lyrics. It's a fun ...

Re: SillyTavern AI guide

Thanks for the input! I'm still new to all the 7B/13B quantized non-quantized jargon, so it can be confusing as to where to start. My card is a 3060 (12GB VRAM). It works well enough for image-generation (SD / Comfy UI), so hopefully I can get some halfway decent text-generation going, too!

That's ...

Re: SillyTavern AI guide

I used Silly Tavern a lot over the summer back when you could use Slaude or Sage/Poe as the text generation model. Once those got neutered I pretty much lost interest. How do the local models compare? When I first tried them some months back, I wasn't getting very good results.

I don't know of a good alternative, but mnf is actually still pretty active. You can play using the X-Opera browser.

It's a few days late, but here's a big multi-player puzzle for some betas to enjoy:

Re: Best Tease of All Time

Fun idea! I'll call out an old classic: The "Raven's Plaything" series from chronicbater (back in 2007!). It takes a weekend to complete and, IMO, it has a great blend of being intense without being over-the-top ridiculous.

Re: [Release] Magic the Fappering card game

Wow, there's been a lot of great work done on this! I've tried a few rounds (using Lobster's UI), and it's a fun idea. Kind of similar to the old CTI game, but I like the use of the Magic card templates and mechanisms.

One thing I've always wanted to see in these kind of games is a mechanic where ...

Re: Censored Puzzle Denial!

Oh, irony. At some point after I started that other puzzle thread, I decided to move to a pussy-free lifestyle, so now I can't really even do the puzzles in my own thread. :-/ It is nice to see that one still active, but probably I'll be sticking to this one now.

Nice to see that a year later, people are still enjoying this! If you liked that one, you might want to check out the two that followed. (I'm especially pleased w/ the Cryers-Simps):

If you finish the big one let me know!

Did the big one... I was multi-tasking a bit, but it took around 2 hrs! Thanks for sharing! It's great to see this thread still alive, and I do like to see some big ones mixed in.

Here are a couple from me: (Both are censored to be safe for betas)

Re: [Feedback] Puzzle therapy

That was fun! The puzzles were mostly pretty quick, with some taking only like 1 minute. I LOVE the idea of "puzzle therapy" and "eye tracking" to see where the guy's focus is and things like that, so more in those themes would be great. You could also add in little messages that display when the ...

Re: Puzzle game

Nice idea to create a story with puzzles. The censorship is not really my thing, but I like the effort that you put into this.

Perhaps you can place numbers before the links, so people who dive into your story can more easily keep track of the puzzles they still have to play.

Good idea! The ...

Some Captions today....

Good stuff!!!

In case that's not enough for people to work on, I created this 31-part captioned story that I call "A Chipped Month with Madi". The idea is to do one puzzle each day for a month, so you gradually get the story as a sort of serial. But, you can feel free ...
