I don't think it's against the site TOS, but not 100% about that. I haven't personally come across it in a webtease, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

The mp3 files that were Restim derived for Euphoria 2 to 4 were 400-1200hz range and it's mostly in the middle of that range ...
