Depending on what software you use, I imagine pl3b's beatmeter tool for After Effects would do the trick. I haven't used it, though, since I use Beatmeter Generator on Windows, but given how Adobe has a pretty Mac-first philosophy, I'd imagine that'd be a safe bet. I've heard of people using After ...

I have an old Macbook Pro and from what I've seen so far is that most of the beat/beat meter programs are only compatible with Windows or Linux. Has anyone been successful generating beats / beat meter on a Mac? Side...
