I'm having an issue with FotDQ. Nurse boss just freezes after the combat. All the triggers to unlock work, the fight seems to work fine and it doesn’t appear to matter how the fight goes, game just freezes there instead of playing the nurse ...

Having no issues running it from a technical point but running surround and it warps to the point much of the video is cut off. Not expecting resolution option for such a fringe case but any guide on forcing the resolution would be appreciated!
