Hi, the locks are backed up in a database online. If your device breaks or you lose it you can restore your locks onto a new device with the user id assigned to those locks. Restoring them will continue them from where they were left on the old device.

Unfortunately there's no API integration. It wasn't something that I even thought about when starting on the project so would involve a quite a bit of research into the area to see how I would go about this, and definitely a bit of re-development.
