This activates 10 cards, adding 2 points from perks makes that this card gives me 12 points. And it actually combo's into another card of mine that also has points + combo (8 cards get triggered by this) which is another 10 ...

There is, it's a Points & Combo card, the specifics are explained. It comes down to getting points for the amount of cards it combos with.
