You use these phrases because you have nothing to say.

I find this as offensive as Swearing for no effect.

To me a good tease involves you into a scenario,or action.
and you stroke etc because you become involved.
You are surprised that you are doing the actions.

It is the same with films/TV all the effects in the world never make up for a good "story".
How else do they make a 10 second explosion of a building last an hour!

I really like swearing, it makes me feel both big and clever.

See, I like a little instruction in teases. There are a million stories out there on the internet I could read if I just wanted to whack it...I like the teases because it's like someone is telling me to do something.

That being said, When it's just a picture and instructions it's lame. Ideally, the instructions would be part of the story that the tease is telling.

My pet peeve is when you get told to edge on the first or second page. I like to get warmed up a bit first!

I also don't like games with a random element, like roll a dice and... Its just me I guess. I really enjoy being in control, knowing secretly whether the wanker will get blessed relief, or continued frustration. Is that wrong? *grins*

I agree with lil_sissy, I think a mixture of instructions and story is important. The best teases make me feel like the instructions move the story along. That being said there are a lot of teases that do not do this. There are also a lot of teases with no instructions AND a bad story. I would rather have a bad story and instructions than nothing at all.

I understand what you mean. I feel the same way about those particular types of instructions. They just don't "work" for me as I don't find them to be "realistic." I can't imagine myself or any Domme telling a poor subbie to go sit in a corner and jerk for 5 minutes. This is supposed to be entertaining the Domme too. How fast are they going to get bored doing things like that? Same with a specific number of strokes. You don't think a Dom/me would get incredibly bored standing around counting all those to make sure you're doing it right? That's why I don't put these sorts of explicit instructions in mine.

However....there are some folks who prefer it that way. To each their own I say. Nothing wrong with it if that's what you like. Point is, not every tease is going to make everyone happy all the time. If it's not up your particular alley, no problem. Just move on to something that's more to your liking.

Nika, I've admired a lot of you posts in the forums, but I had no idea that this was our style of teasing.

There might be a boy or two out here who has been fortunate enough to get a moment or two of on-line playtime with me and if they were still able to speak they'd likely tell you that my teasing style is very much like your's Nika - provide the mental image of what would actually be happening in real life as opposed to the mechanical instructions that appear in some teases.

Aaaah, the lovely Miss Nika. i had many a frustrated week, two or five waiting for those fabulous date nights. Being allowed to stroke during the week but not make a messy was sooo frustrating and if i then did not earn the right to cum at the end of those seven days then there was another seven days of frustration.
