Why not combine?

Tie him down. Tell him if he cums it's going to be spoiled. Then bring him slowly but surely to the edge. And make him tell you when he's there.

Then, kick him hard in the balls. Let him go limp, and bring him to the edge again. Then kick him in the balls again.
