I guess TS is talking about the JAva Runtime (JAR), and if he is, the question makes definately sense.
Unfortunately I can't give any answer on it, except that I read about a teaseme-port for android.

As far as i know, there is no mobile app for this kind of fun, Java based or otherwise. Best you can do is viewing teases in web browser like Opera mini. On Java phones you will probably be restricted to webteases though (no flash).
