I'll tell you how I manage it. I have one timer, constantly going. When I bring up the next pic, I check it and mentally add 1.5 minutes and mentally call it out to myself. I round to numbers that make it easier, like x.00, x.15, x.30, or x.45, and I always round in the girls' favor. In your case, Alice made it 1 minute (instead of 1.5), hoping to make that task easier for you. I also enjoy spending time looking into a woman's eyes for a while on a single pic, so 1.5 to 3+ minutes on a single pic is totally fine with me, but I suspect that some might fatigue and want a faster pace of changing pics, which is also why they dialed you back to 1m/pic.
That's easy enough, but then if I edge, they want me to take exactly a 30s rest. The rules here get complicated, and basically, Alice deliberately did not tell you what to do because she wanted you to do whatever worked best for you. In my case, if it's one of the mandatory edges after the stroking is done, then that's easy. After the edge hits and I've recovered enough wits to do so, I check the timer and add 30s, usually rounding to an easier number, just like I said above. So, a girl touching her hair (like Nancy) ends up taking 1.5m of stroking, plus a few more seconds to push to the edge, plus 30s rest, for a total of more like 2m15s. A sporty girl with a ponytail and 3 mandatory edges (like what Elle was doing to me) ends up taking 2m + (a few seconds + 30s)x3 = about 4m.
But then what about edges that happen "accidentally" during the stroking time? Well, if it happens with more than 30s left in the stroking time, then the 30s rest actually cuts into the stroking time, and the "finish" time does not change. In other words, if Elle has a ponytail, and the timer says 47m15s when I start her pic, then I mentally tell myself "49m15s" and that's how long I have to last. But if I can't hold back, and she edges me at 48m04s, then I rest until about 48m30s (that's after rounding to an easier number), and then I resume stroking until 49m15s, which was the original 2m target. The target didn't change.
But if, in that example, stroking for Elle edges me at 49m03s, then a 30s rest actually pushes me past the original target of 49m15s. It pushes me to 49m30s (rounded). So, the next pic starts at 49m30s, and the next target becomes 51m30s (this is all assuming no sneakers, etc., add any mandatory edges after the stroking is done). So... edges that pop up in the last 30s just throw everything off and probably make my rules too cumbersome for anyone else. I get that. (And then 20s held edges also throw everything off.) It's so cumbersome, in fact, that I don't even really bother explaining it in my Rules spoiler. There are certainly other ways to do it. I could see running a 1.5m timer and a 30s timer at the same time, or something like that. If the pics look good on your screen don’t worry about it too much. ImgBB has been a pretty solid host for multiple people here, ImgBox is also decent though last I used it the UI is harder to work with than ImgBB. The pictures linked by ImgBB’s medium bbcode are I think around 960px tall (or maximum dimension, can’t recall), so that’s plenty big on a 1080p screen when just scrolling through with a browser. Might notice the lower res if the image is fullscreen. On a 1440 or 4k monitor, the lower res will be apparent unless sitting back from the screen.
I’ll also say again that any rules with a more picture by picture approach than a constant running time feel makes it much easier to open links without it getting in the way.
As for alternatives, nothing I know which will take huge image files and give a link to a 1080 / 1440 / 2000 px high version. So I’ve taken to just using software I already have to bulk downsize before uploading to ImgBB, then keeping originals in case anyone wants to save copies.

The theme was once again great, giving the whole tease so much atmosphere. You may have guessed by this point, I rather love fantasy (the setting kind, as well as the sexual kinds ).
The premise with the crusher was really, really effective, interesting and a huge tease that made the edging more intense in addition to the crushing. This one was an intense ride! Tori’s challenge, the wearing white rule and Kyla was outright DEVIOUS, pushing me all the way to a new record for edges without a break at 619. Exactly 100 more than the old record which was also Kyla’s doing
One small thing I will mention, a few of the images seem to be significantly lower resolution than the others. Using my Rules
Each model in a set can add new rules to my rules and/or change or remove existing rules from my list. Base rules can be changed but not removed. Rules for Features, Favourites and Goddesses can only be changed by one of those girls. Details:

I don’t choose what my rules are, the women do! This will build an ever-changing set of rules of whatever the models want. The rules they create do not have to work together, be consistent or follow a theme. They can be as inventive, creative or out there as the girls want. They might get crazy, which is part of the fun!
- In any set for me, each model who appears may add new rules. She may also change or remove existing rules
- I will ask for changes I might want as Rule Requests. If something just completely does not work, I will change or remove as needed.
- If the rules list gets too long, I will request rules be retired or cull as needed.
- A model can add a new Mode to my rules, usually to have a themed focus (e.g. ballbusting mode). Any model can create a new mode at any time, starting it off with as many rules as she likes.
- New modes must have a reason that is not a copy of an existing mode.
- If the number of modes gets out of hand, I will condense them.
- Orgasms are listed as a global rule for all modes, which I adjust as needed. The girls may change this rule or make mode specific versions.
- Each mode may have base rules which always stay, but can be changed.
Rules for making rules:
- Keep everything within my limits
- No deliberately unfair rules (e.g. a rule forcing me to break another rule)
- Rules may reference or modify other rules or modes.
