Haggard316, the rating system, flawed as it is, is something you'll have to live with. I think there are some people out there who for one reason or another (perhaps just confusion) give lots of 1 ratings.
I suggest ignoring the ratings if it upsets you. If you get obsessed with ratings of your teases, that won't help you. I can tell you from experience that "that way lies madness."

If you have trouble because of dislexica in the making of flash teases, then try making classic teases. The is no possibility of programming bugs with classic teases. So if you can proofread the English after several tries, or get someone to help with that, then you can make something flawless. Also, readers of classic teases must get to the last page before rating them, which means you will only have a few readers who rate a classic tease after only reading a few pages (although I think it may happen sometimes).

I have no issue with a tease writer putting more value on the opinion of a fellow writer than someone who hasn't written anything. The problem is when someone suggests others opinions are worthless because they haven't earned some kind of qualification.

The reason I disagree with you in 1) and 2) is the rating system is there to give valuable feedback to people who create them but more importantly to people who watch them so that the bad ones can be filtered out.

3) I disagree

If it's fucked up then it needs to get a bad rating so that nobody else wastes time on it.

You just don't get it do you? You think you can argue people into liking your tease. There are teases that get 4+ out there so the system isn't broken.
down rating it over a miner issue like a fucking bug that could be fixed with in a fucking hr, and really you feel that he had every right to talk shit about my work when he hasnt made one fucking tease for this community

You guys failed to realize this guy has not made one tease, and he said "Your tease was shit, it had typos and it was too complicating i give it a 1" really you guys agree with that kind of criticism?

I'm cool with you rating my shit a 1, rate it a one all you fucking want just give me a good reason why you rated it a one. Say something like give up on the redlight greenlight shit this aint preschool. or those bitches are ugly i couldnt get hard. or im not into cfnm but dont rate it a one because of a fucking typo ffs.

Posting feedback on teases is one of many ways for people to contribute to the community. Instead of throwing a ragefit about the feedback you don't like perhaps you should look over it again and see if anything in it can help you improve the tease. Again whether or not someone has written a tease does not matter when it comes to providing feedback on teases. Life is too short to be wasting time getting pissed off at every little thing people say that you don't like.

If someone who hadnt written a single tease told you your tease was amazing and gave you a 5 star rating, would their opinion be worthless then too?

I also have to agree with this.

It's been DAYS. You could; at the very least; stop the constant insults. We get it. You're not happy.

I even somewhat understand why you are unhappy.

But at the same time this isn't the middleschool school yard any-more; learn to live and let live. I understand when you first read something; having hard words. But now that it is several days later...

Consider this: This is an internet forum. Tone is not gaugeable. What you post is public; and will remain public ad infinitum (or until someone deletes it). While you may continue to grow as a person; and the people you had quarrels with will continue you grow; those posts will remain; and people will read those posts. Even if they are deleted; google might very well have a cache of them.

In real life people forget; the internet doesn't forget for the very above reason.

This sort of behaviour makes you look very bad.

People are forever going to see the posts you've made; and form a negative opinion of you. It's time to stop; re-evaluate; and think "is it worth looking like an ass-hole for eternity" before you post your next reply.

Conduct yourself as you wish yourself to be thought of and remembered. It's the internet. Worst comes to worst; walk away from the screen and take deep breaths. Unless you have zero self control; there is no reason for that sort of behaviour. In real life; you might blurt out an insult; or even smack someone. On the internet it takes concious effort to read the post; formulate a reply in your mind; hit the reply button, type it out, and hit submit.

In total there are 502 users online :: 43 registered, 5 hidden and 454 guests (based on users active over the past 15 minutes)

How many of these people are reading what you posted? How many of these people are going to never look at you the same way again? Go back and read the things you've posted and the words you've used..

It's minor issue, not miner. He wasn't talking shit about your work, the feedback you've had has been constructive - however in each and every case you've responded rather than with "Ah, thanks for the tips I'll use that to improve" with an attack on whoever gave you the feedback and a solid refusal to accept that you have places you could improve.

The sad thing in all this is that you spent some time on a tease, and you could probably bring it up to a good quality of tease if you'd just accept the feedback and improve it. You instead seem to feel that you need to defend yourself and that everybody is wrong.

There's far too much douchebagery in this thread for such an awesome forum.
