Although my answer will not help anyone making a tease for a dom, I think the topic is interesting, so i will throw in my 2 cents:
1. I really think that the genre of a webtease is more inclined to be from the perspective of a sub, or to just contain tasks given from a dom/domme to a sub. It has to do with the passivity of the situation in which you are when reading a webtease and the fact that it is based on non-moving pictures, instead of being based on moving pictures.
2. I also think that most doms are not that inclined to make a webtease for doms, because that requires a kind of thinking, which is not what they normally do in their relationship with a sub, whereas a sub tends to always think about ways he/she wants to be teased.

You may enjoy both of the Awesome Competition teases, but those are the only ones I can think of at the moment. I don't recall seeing any that were written from the top's perspective, but I think it would be interesting to see such a tease.
