If your number was 125 or over, just do that many strokes.
If it was beneath 125, DOUBLE your number, and do 125 + that number! (If you said "75", you're doing 250 strokes!)
Now untie the chain from your wrist. Hold the very center, and pull it straight out. Don't jerk or tug: Just a steady pull.
Now, pull harder.
Keep your hand where it is and lean your body back!
