That being the case, I think I should be extra hard on you.
I want you to tie a shoelace around each of your balls(you need 2 shoelaces). Now tie the other end of each lace to a big toe (one to each big toe) you may cross them or have the left ball tied to the left toe, I dont care. Just make sure that there is no slack when you are standing there
Now I want you to edge for me.
Then walk around as normally as you can for about 30 seconds.
Do this 2 more times for a total of 3.
After youre done, walk around for another minute as you go back to the girls
