Lesson 21: Elastrator
The elastrator was originally designed to be put around the testicles but it can also be put around the penis. It will cut off circulation to the penis and be quite painful after a short while. The bands are so tight they will probably have to be cut off. Do not keep the elstrator band on too long or else it could permanently damage the penis. It is best to take it off within 15 minutes. This one is dangerous enough not to be recommended.
