Lesson 20: Nails
Sticking a needle or a nail into the penis is definitely not recommended but it is an extreme form of cock torture. The nails and needles must be sterile and the sores must be protected or else you risk infection. The pain is intense and the injuries are worse. Having a nail puncture the urethra walls will make peeing painful. Hell, it will make walking painful. This one is for the crazy and stupid but it is still a method for cock torture.
