These exercises are to help you get over your fears and not to cause anyone harm. Do not worry it is not possible to cause harm by following these exercise instructions. Punch his balls 5 times from the front and then 5 times from behind him.

Do it again but this time punch as hard as you can. Do not hold his balls while doing this.

It is only going to cause him to squirm in pain. There will not be any actual injury. While standing in front of him punch his balls into his body 5 times.

Unless you are a very strong woman do it again but this time punch as hard as you can.

Grab his balls and punch them 5 times with your other hand.

For the final test to prove that you are over any irrational fear of hurting his testicles with punching you must continue to grab his balls with one hand and punch as hard as you can with the other hand. Do this 20 times.

If you passed, congratulations.
