Lesson 20: Needles and Nails
Always make sure the needles and nails are very clean and that your hands are super clean as well. It would be best to use gloves. In this method needles and pushed through the scrotum and into the testicle. Sometimes the needles are pushed all the way through so that they come out on the other side. Some people have even used nails to push through the testicles. Putting needles and nails through the testicles is extremely dangerous and could easily cause a testicle to rupture. This one is not recommended.
