Lesson 14's Exercise
Put the gloves or padding on and place a rubber band around his testicles.
Put his testicles up against a wall or a door and punch them hard.
Turn him around but make sure his testicles are still against a door or and wall and punch his testicles hard again.
Now for the final test to see if that irrational fear of walling punching damaging the testicles has been vanquished. Punch his testicles hard 5 times. Do not see how he is doing after each punch. Just quickly do 5 hard punches one right after the other.
