Lesson 10's Exercise
Tie a cord around his testicles and tie the other end to a 1 liter bottle. Make sure the bottle is resting around his knees. If you do not have a 1 liter bottle go out and get two of them.
Then fill the bottle all the way up. Let the bottle dangle and move him over carpet if you can. If the bottle gets loose it will hit the ground and if the ground is hard it could break the bottle and you would have a mess to clean up.
Lift the bottle to your waist and drop it. The bottle must not hit the ground or anything to lessen the impact.
He now must do 20 jumping jacks.
Finally, to make sure that all irrational fear of this technique causing harm you must lift it as high as you can and drop it.
