Lesson 9's Exercise
Place a rubber band around his testicles and place his testicles on a table, desk, or hard chair. Then place a flat surfaced object such as a big dictionary or an encyclopedia on his testicles.
Once you have done that place your arms on the flat surface. Do not push down just lay them on the flat surface. The object on his testicles should not be resting on anything but his testicles.
If you passed, congratulations. Take the rubber band off when you are through.
