Lesson 4's Excercise:
Take his balls and twist them all the way around until they will not twist any more then place his balls on a table and put a book on them. His balls should now be fully twisted and the book should keep them from untwisting themselves. Leave the book there for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes check to see if he is in pain or if there is any discoloration of the testicles. There should not be because twisting them does absolutely nothing.
Once you have seen for yourself that twisting does nothing you have passed.
