Read all of my instructions on this page first, then execute them.

Tap slowly and repeatedly. About once every 1-2 seconds.

When you do this, you may end up locking up your legs to prevent shaking. So if you make it to 15 taps, I want you to cross your legs at the ankles then uncross them back to your standard position.

Keep doing it until your legs start shaking uncontrollably for at least 2 seconds or you can't keep standing or you've taken 120 taps.

Once you're done, note down the number of taps you've done.

Then, you're going to do the whole thing 2 more times and take a 2 minute break between each attempt.

Try your best to last as long as possible.

After doing it all, you should have 3 numbers.
Take the your second highest. That is your tap tolerance.
