Now that you know how to make them rattle loudly, I want you to learn how to discreetly make them rattle.
I want you to try and figure out the best way to make them rattle enough so that you can really feel them. But use movements that look natural so that if you were in public, people wouldn’t really notice.
Find moves that you can use for each of these circumstances:
1. While walking. (This might be as simple as swaying your hips a little).
2. While sitting.
3. While standing or waiting in line.
For each situation, spend at least two minutes making sure you got it right. You can take more time if you want to get really familiar with them.
