As you must know by now, the Ramp Ups and Ramp Downs will make you both horny.
But when done correctly, they each serve a different purpose.
The Ramp Down will make you hornier but it can also lock that horniness in.
As you touch yourself during a Ramp Down, visualize yourself locking that sexual energy inside your body.
As you get better at it you will find that getting the sexual crescendo that brings you to an orgasm is more difficult to obtain right after performing a Ramp Down.
The Ramp Up does the opposite. As you go through the motions, picture yourself releasing all that sexual energy. And when you're done you'll be on the brink of an orgasm.
Try to do these visualizations when doing Ramp Ups and Ramp Downs in the future.
