You calm Patti down by discussing the case. Eventually she isn't teasing you overtly but just having her naked and looking at you is keeping you rock hard.
"So can you summarize the case for me, inspector," she asks. "What do you think happened here. Was it a murder? And if so, who did it?"
You say you are unsure still. Your only lead is the fact that Mr. Fullsome was taking nitroglycerin for his heart condition. Everyone but Shay seemed to know about his heart condition, so Shay is probably not guilty of anything except perhaps innocently getting him overly excited.
